Anthony Bourdain is probably an acquired taste, but his KITCHEN CONFIDENTIAL fascinated me. Jamie Oliver's JAMIE'S ITALY is more of a cookbook, but there are great stories in there too. And speaking of cookbooks, if I could only own two cookbooks they would be ITALIAN EASY and ITALIAN TWO EASY by Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers -- amazing recipes and stunningly simple presentations!
