What comes in a package?

In addition to your portion of ground beef and/or pork sausage, packages include a selection of prime cuts and roasts. The beef selection includes NY Strips, Ribeyes, Sirloin Steaks, Hanger & Flank Steaks, Shoulder Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Top Round Roasts, Beef Brisket, and Chuck Roasts. Our pork selection includes Ham & Shoulder Roasts, Spare Ribs, and thick cut Pork Chops. Extra cuts and bonus items like soup bones and organ meats will also be available for purchase at pick-up time.
