What comes in a package?

In addition to your portion of ground beef and/or pork sausage, packages include a selection of prime cuts and roasts. The beef selection includes NY Strips, Ribeyes, Sirloin Steaks, Hanger & Flank Steaks, Shoulder Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Top Round Roasts, Beef Brisket, and Chuck Roasts. Our pork selection includes Ham & Shoulder Roasts, Spare Ribs, and thick cut Pork Chops. Lamb cuts include , Leg Steaks, Ribs, Lamb Chops and Shanks.

PRICE CHANGES (updated 8/21/2012) – Due to our processor going up on his rates and organic grain (for pork) being at an all-time high, and replacement cattle prices being at an all-time high, we are forced to raise our prices.
