Location: Tyler Rogers’ workshop in Chattanooga
Join Tyler Rogers for a 1-day woodworking workshop. Each student will learn some basic chair-making techniques while building a 3-leg wooden footstool using mostly hand tools.
Students will begin with the drawknife, learning techniques while shaping their 3 legs followed by shaping/adding texture to their seat blank.
After lunch, students will cut their leg tenons, drill seat mortises, and assemble/finish their footstool.
No prior experience of any kind is needed.
**This class will take place at Tyler Rogers’ workshop in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The class includes lunch with the tuition.
