Learn how to make flaky, consistent, workable pie crust and silky custard with Mallory Grimm of Hen of the Woods.
In class we will cover pie dough ratios, mixing, and how to roll, fluting a crust, and blind baking as well as quiche custard using eggs and produce from the farm. We will enjoy a farm tour and harvest eggs and vegetables for the quiches as a group! Join us for a morning of baking, farm lunch and hone your quiche skills!
Cost includes lunch, recipe cards and a quiche to take home.
