What Makes Our Beef Special?

At Sequatchie Cove, our cows live the way nature intended—grazing freely in the fresh East Tennessee air. By raising our South Poll and Angus cattle on a natural diet of grass, we improve the health of the land and produce beef that's rich in flavor and nutrients. We never use steroids, antibiotics, or hormones, so you can enjoy each bite knowing it’s as pure and wholesome as it gets.

Healthy Cattle, Healthy Land, Wholesome Beef

A Slow Process,
Worth the Wait.

Good things take time, and we believe in doing things the old-fashioned way. Each cow takes 2 to 3 years to reach maturity, after which the meat is carefully dry-aged and hand-butchered by Mcbride Meats in New Hope, TN. This slower, more thoughtful process enhances both the flavor and tenderness of the beef, offering you a meal that’s truly a cut above.

A Family Tradition on Every Plate.

We’re a small, family-run farm, and every decision we make is with our community and the land in mind. From the fields to your table, we’re proud to share the fruits of our hard work. Our grass-fed beef is available in limited quantities, so visit us at the farm’s Trading Post on Saturdays to bring home a true taste of Sequatchie Cove.
