Learn the techniques to make sourdough bread at home in this afternoon class. Take home a fresh loaf of bread baked in class, dough for a second loaf to bake at home and a sourdough starter.

Maybe you have always wanted to bake sourdough bread, or you
have tried and are looking for tips to improve your loaf– this
workshop is for you.
In this workshop, we will discuss the science and techniques that
have helped us develop our basic sourdough bread. You will get
to see the processes we use in our commercial kitchen, with tips
on how similar results can be achieved in your home.
We will cover mixing, fermentation, dividing, shaping, proofing,
scoring and baking. This will be a hands-on workshop, so you
can learn how to shape, score, and bake with your own hands.
