2:00-5:00 (CT) farm meal to follow
Learn the craft of Pork Butchery using only hand tools. Parker will teach you step by step and demonstrate various cuts of pork starting with a whole hog. Come with lots of questions and expect to leave with a whole new understanding of pork butchery.
Farm meal will be provided at 5:00
-Parker Hudson has over a decade of experience as a butcher, working in restaurants, Main St. Meats, McBride Meats, and helping farmers with farm harvest.
