At the Cumberland Folk School, Learn how to make flakey, consistent, workable pie crust and a few seasonal fillings with Mallory Grimm of Hen of the Woods. In class we will cover pie dough ratios, mixing, and how to roll, fluting a crust, lattice top pies and blind baking as well as several from-scratch fillings using produce from the farm. Join us for a morning of baking, Hen of the Woods farm lunch and hone your pie skills before the holiday season!
